MFCD has already built three pre-school buildings - two at Trincomalee and one at Gampola to provide basic education to residents of that area. Also, it conducts a primary school at Kurunegala area to cater for poor children. These schools cover and support the national curriculum, and enables a quality education to their beneficiaries.

The second phase is, to construct a Community Center at Gampola. This full-fledged building comprises, a medical clinic, library, class rooms, office complex, cafeteria, a spacious hall as well as a playground for children. This is a long felt need of the area and MFCD is honoured to fulfill the aspiration of the Gampola community.
